the best different tattoo design: Lower Haight Art Walk

As I sit in the shop writing this, the street outside has erupted into a Christmas freak show of wasted Santa Clauses and elves. I walked into Molotov's, the bar across the street, at 4pm and was surrounded by them, and their sweaty costumed bodies. A few drunken verses of Jingle Bell's later and a quick photo or two of the angry punks behind the bar and I was out of there! What the hell! I love this neighborhood! I loved this neighborhood last Friday night when we had the Lower Haight Art Walk. There were hundreds, I mean HUNDREDS of people walking around this neighborhood. It was incredible. I think we did 21 "Get What You Get" tattoos. Justing Shaw was here, Dave Moore was here, Bart came by and did a few, Cecelia had an awesome welcome to the shop. Lots of art was sold at the Lower Haters art show and, my personal favorite (and I think quite a lot of other's favorite also) was Hightower playing on the roof of the shop! We had no idea what madness we were about to embark upon when the evening began, and I think the last tattoo was finished at 2am. Everyone agreed the evening was a huge success and we are all looking forward to the next one.
